TOBB TC team will evaluate the opportunities with the participating companies based on the product scope, required warranty, and aftersales contributions.

B2B opportunities can be under participating  company’s brand or private label for the buyers.

B2C opportunities via e-commerce or direct distribution to retailers can be an option for the CPG, food, cosmetics and other organizations

Channel Distribution

TOBB TC, via its expert network, will create opportunities for companies to reach distributors, retailers and independent sellers. Channel development cycle per industry is handled by our marketing department

Marketing

TOBB TC has the internal resources and external industry  marketing partners to position the participating companies and their products for the U.S. marketplace. This team will focus on company branding, content generation, traditional marketing, social communications, customer requirements, benchmark competition analysis, pricing, positioning and placement

Social Connectivity

The Team will develop a company website as a placeholder and develop it with the stakeholders. In addition, the social media communications on popular sites such as Facebook, twitter, Instagram and LinkedIn will be provided as the beginner’s package.

Product Localization

With the initial product fit analysis, the Team will make sure that the companies ‘products are properly localized in terms of compliance, branding, UX, and quality/price ratio in the U. S. marketplace

Content Creation

The team will develop the necessary local English content for the product users in terms  of product benefits, user guides, technical guides (if needed), brand promise language, new brand naming (if necessary) and any other written/audio-visual communications in the U.S.

Accounting & Finance

TOBB TC team has the leading industry partners and internal resources to set participating company’s GAAP recognized financial and accounting framework based on their product requirements. Moreover, companies will be ready to pay their local, state and federal taxes once the systems and the framework are set-up

TOBB TC team will assist with the account payables and accounts receivables of the participating organizations for the accounting services

TOBB TC will also help set-up with a banking relationship with America’s leading banks

Risk & Insurance

By using industry partners, TOBB TC will assist with the participating companies to select the insurance products and top rated insurance companies based on company services, products and possible future liabilities by considering their business models and marketplace requirements.

TOBB Trade Center is centrally located in Chicago, IL, right by the nation’s premier O’Hare airport area. Chicagoland area is the heart of the nations supply chain network, in terms of air, rail, trucking and barge transportation

 

Office

TOBB TC has modern office spaces for the participating companies, which is housed in the same building as the product warehouse and their showroom. Company leaders can monitor the progress in their sales and shipping cycles while they are at their offices

Showroom

Participating companies will have a small section to showcase their products in addition to their offices. This area helps with product training, demonstrations, technical data collection for industrial products and creates a professional image

Warehouse

TOBB TC is operating a full functional third-party (3PL) logistics organization, which handles the product storage, inbound and outbound handling, logistics and transportation services, and ecommerce capabilities by using third party providers

If the product needs are unique, and requires spare parts for service, TOBB TC will provide a partner for the parts administration, which also can be used for warranty Administration

If the product needs are unique, and requires a technical hotline for service, TOBB TC will provide a partner for a technical hotline customer service, which company trained professionals will train per product line
